Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Ford systems to specification Explain mechanical diagnoses and repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisers and or customers. Continuously be abreast with changing automotive technology Perform assigned work in a timely and safe manner that is consistent with both federal, state and manufacturer and company safe guidelines. Ensuring safe use of power and hand-held tools Maintain up-to-date training certifications through
Ford Requirements:
Experience required – Ford experience is a huge plus Must be reliable, friendly, and willing to continue gaining training to keep up with the latest technology Ability to work independently and effectively diagnose and perform necessary repairs Able to work on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
