Gunsmith Armify Defense Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gunsmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of firearms and their components, be comfortable with disassembling firearms to their basic components, modifications, and customizations. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship in all aspects of gunsmithing. Duties Sandblasting Sanding with power tools Polishing with wheels and hand polishing. Be organized with workflow and record keeping Disassembly and reassembly of firearms to their basic components Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering expert advice regarding firearms. Qualifications Strong knowledge of firearm mechanics, parts, and assembly processes. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized gunsmithing equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently (once trained) as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Must be able to pass background checks as required by law.
