Job Description

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide our clients with onsite technical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client sites to install, repair, and perform company products and equipment maintenance.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions, demonstrating high problem-solving skills.
  • Carry out detailed field reporting and documentation for client visits.
  • Provide training and support to clients in operating and maintaining systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to meet customer needs and handle complex technical issues.
  • Comply with safety and customer service guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of industry standards and advancements.
  • Provide feedback to the design and production teams based on customer interactions and field experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong practical knowledge of engineering concepts and the ability to apply them.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and diagnostic programs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work extended hours when necessary.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
