Job Description
Field Service Engineer position available with a growing Manufacturer in the Atlanta, GA area. Seeking candidates who are available in the Atlanta market. This is a remote position with travel required. Possible travel to other markets as well. Direct hire opportunity with an anticipated salary range of $78k to $82k. The Field Service Engineer will install and repair machines and accessory equipment. Field Service Engineer areas of responsibility include:
- New machine and product installations
- Electrical and mechanical CMM service
- All weekly paperwork such as service reports, timesheets, call reports and expense reports.
- Dealer support and training
- Customer training
- Trade show support including set up and tear down
- All other duties as required

- Electrical aptitude, soldering skills
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Prior metrology experience required
- Knowledge of CMM’s
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be open to travel anywhere where required, 75
