As an IT Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the technical infrastructure. Pay Range:

- What’s the Job?
- + Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. + Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment. + Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. + Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.

- + Proven experience in technical support or IT field service roles. + Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware. + Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. + Experience in troubleshooting network and system issues. + Familiarity with IT security policies and best practices.
