Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to join their team. As an IT Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.

+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. + Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment. + Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. + Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
