$25 Hour Step into a hands-on technical role where your work directly supports one of the most critical transportation infrastructures in Louisiana. Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide onsite desktop support to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOT) in Baton Rouge. Compensation:

$23-$25/hr What You’ll Be Doing Supporting Windows 10/11 environments with installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Managing ODBC and SQL connections, Office Suite, and custom scanning/printing tools
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, HP/Dell hardware, and peripherals (printers, plotters, scanners)
Assisting with workstation relocation, setup, and deployment
Supporting conference room hardware and software like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Performing BIOS/software updates and driver installs
Collaborating on special projects and administrative IT tasks across the enterprise What You’ll Need to be Considered Microsoft certifications or CompTIA credentials (A+, Network+, or Security+)
Direct experience with printer hardware maintenance (2-5 years preferred)
Experience in enterprise workstation deployments and peripheral support
Comfort working 100% onsite at a government facility How To Apply
