As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (EXPERION
PKS, TPS/TDC300
).
Key Responsibilities
Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative DCS issues.
Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as customer contact for service-related issues/inquiries.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware, networks, and software including Experion PKS, LCN, and TPS.
Upgrade TPN and Experion software from one software release to another software release on the live control system without causing any interruption to the customer’s industrial process.
Migrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell’s new technology offering.
Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing
Be the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitors.
Learn end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions.
Use technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience.
Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and other Field Service Engineers.
