JOB DESCRIPTION PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of 5-axis CNC machines.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues within CNC machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on CNC machines.
• Ensure machines are calibrated and operate to industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand service needs and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Service Technician, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and repairing 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the maintenance and repair of CNC machines and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required due to client requirements.
• Experience with autoclave systems is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting of CNC controls.
