Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Support team management by training new staff members on bar procedures and best practices. Uphold fine dining standards while also accommodating casual dining experiences. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Ability to manage inventory effectively and assist with stock management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safe food preparation practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with the willingness to help others and contribute to a cohesive team atmosphere.
