- Act as a representative of Southern Response, fostering strong working relationships with clients and customers.
- Oversee all aspects of field projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing outcomes.
- Build and maintain team trust through open communication, constructive feedback, sound decision-making, and technical expertise.
- Lead by example while demonstrating adaptability to handle challenges effectively.
Travel Requirement:
Over 75%—extensive fieldwork away from home.
- Must have experience with Lube Oil Services and familiarity with turbine and rotating equipment oil systems. Field Supervision and Operations
- Lead teams in performing chemical cleaning and oil system decontamination at industrial facilities, ensuring project completion with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Maintain high environmental and safety standards at all times.
- Conduct physically demanding tasks, including handling, positioning, and moving equipment and materials.
- Supervise, coach, and train staff, including new employees, in job responsibilities per company and client policies.
- Oversee and train Field Services Specialists (FSS I) and Field Technicians (FT) in LO system processes.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ensure all equipment operates correctly and enforce OSHA safety guidelines, policies, and procedures. Technical Expertise and Safety Compliance
- Possess in-depth knowledge of circulation and chemical injection pumps.
- Have expertise in Oil & Gas processing equipment.
- Oversee job loadouts and ensure all necessary equipment is available for safe and effective execution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of job sites and equipment before starting work.
- Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all required safety documentation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates. Equipment Maintenance and General Responsibilities
- Assist with general maintenance of company equipment, including servicing and greasing.
- Wash and clean company equipment, including pressure washing and cab cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas through general housekeeping duties.
- Assist with future job loadouts and unloads, ensuring proper storage of equipment and PPE.
- Complete time sheets and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
