Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting with the cleanup, repair, and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every day is different.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to emergency calls and arrive on-site to assess damage Perform water extraction, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and demolition work Operate restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and extractors Document all work performed, including job logs, photos, and customer sign-offs Pack out and inventory customer belongings for cleaning or storage Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and supplies Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Assist with reconstruction tasks as needed, including drywall, painting, and light carpentry
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred Ability to work in challenging conditions (wet, dirty, confined, or mold-affected spaces) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer or mobile app usage for documentation and reporting Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required IICRC certification is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
