In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle fire suppression and/or lubrication equipment at various client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of vehicle fire suppression and/or lubrication equipment at customer sites. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues with equipment. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter or multimeter to measure electrical resistance and ensure proper functioning of devices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to our equipment. Experience Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role is preferred but not required. OTJ Training will be provided for the right applicant. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter or multimeter. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on-site at various locations. Job Type:

Full-time Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
