Full Job Description Water Mitigation Technician:

Water Mitigation Technician or entry level assistant tech motivated to learn and grow. We are looking for a responsible individual , with a valid drivers license who will handle and oversee the daily activities of emergency mitigation services as well as remediation work. The main function of this position will be providing proper quality control, execution and documentation of all mitigation and remediation jobs from beginning to completion. This individual will report directly to the emergency services supervisor. We expect you to be punctual, Responsible and committed. Essential Job Duties Respond to emergency services both during and after normal business hours. Ability to lift and move equipment and mitigation materials. Provides quality control on all emergency service mitigation jobs. Instituting best practices and following all IICRC guidelines. Photo documentation for both digital and infrared imaging. Monitors equipment and material inventories. Contacts new emergencies and assignments to gather pertinent data from customers. Tracks water mitigation data. Any and all other duties or special projects as requested Strong customer service skills

Qualifications:

Experience in the water, fire & mold restoration industry (Preferred) Customer service experience preferred . Organized and able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly for extended periods of time Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, we will need to verify the record upon employment.
