For our warehouse in Pompano Beach, we are seeking a Field Service Technician , who reports directly to the Technical Manager.

WHAT YOU CAN

EXPECT… Installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial coffee machines and espresso equipment (e.g., brewers, grinders, blenders etc.) Providing best-in-class customer service (including troubleshooting and basic coffee equipment training on site) to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Documenting proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reporting quality issues and other related activities Driving and maintaining a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory

WHAT YOU BRING

ALONG… High school degree is required 2+ year of relevant electro-technical working experience with espresso coffee machines Strong customer service skills Ability to work on-call rotation hours in emergency cases (including nights and weekends) and to travel occasionally overnight Physical ability to drive on a frequent base and lift up to 70 pounds Ability to use smart phones and tablets to maintain company records Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
