Full-time Summary of Position:

Dynamic and responsible service technician for maintenance, installation & repair of commercial equipment according to company specifications. The company will provide training with equipment. Will assist customers in resolving technical issues and recommend solutions to reduce future equipment failures.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose technical issues. Install and repair equipment per company specifications. Recommend technical solutions and services to customers. Answer technical questions from customers with equipment. Work independently and ethically under minimal supervision. Job Requirements & Skills Excellent technical skills with ability to improvise solutions. Able to absorb training quickly and learn new concepts. Have a “Can Do” attitude towards solving technical issues. Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues favorably. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Pass a background check and drug screening. Able to travel at least 50% of the time. Available to work flexible hours plus on-call shifts. Background Knowledge English and Spanish fluency

• REQUIRED 2

  Years minimum experience in technical support

• REQUIRED

  High school diploma

• REQUIRED

  Experience with HVAC, boilers and electrical installations
