Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Field Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations involving fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleanup and restoration. Your role is critical in helping clients recover their properties and lives after disasters.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleanup and restoration of fire-damaged, water-damaged, and mold-affected properties. Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct on-site assessments, determine the scope of work, and provide accurate cost estimates. Use specialized equipment and tools for cleanup and restoration tasks. Collaborate with clients, insurance representatives, and team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project updates. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (certification or training in restoration or related field is a plus). Previous experience in fire, water, mold, or biohazard cleanup and restoration is highly desirable. Strong physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Commitment to safety and a clean working environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
