Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and maintenance for our range of window and door products. You will work directly with our customers to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure their complete satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities:

Perform service calls and repairs on various types of windows and doors. Diagnose issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions. Install replacement parts and components as needed. Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed. Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Window and Door experience preferred but not required.
