Restoration Technician Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Restoration Technician MGM Recovery Tampa, FL As a Restoration Technician at MGM Recovery, you will: Perform water extraction and mold remediation. Carefully move and re-set contents with attention to detail. Conduct moisture mapping with temperature, humidity, and moisture content readings. Deploy air movers and drying equipment. Conduct selective demolition to facilitate the drying process. Bag up debris removal. Additionally, you will: Participate in quarterly safety meetings and fit tests. Provide excellent customer service. Act as a “team lead” occasionally, as determined by your manager. Ensure compliance with all MGM Recovery policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification (preferred, not required). IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certification (preferred, not required). Familiarity with chemical products, construction/restoration, and safety data sheets. Ability to work within a team or individually as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when requested. Clean driving record (mandatory)
