Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in water damage restoration, capable of handling a variety of emergency situations related to water damage.
Required:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in water restoration and mitigation Strong understanding of restoration techniques, tools, and industry practices Quick problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Willingness to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays

Work Schedule:

Job Responsibilities:
As a certified Water Restoration Technician (IICRC), you’ll be essential in responding to water emergencies, evaluating damage, and carrying out effective restoration efforts.
Key duties include:
Responding to emergency calls and conducting initial damage assessments Removing water, drying structures, and containing moisture to prevent further damage Using specialized tools for extraction, drying, and dehumidification Conducting detailed inspections with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and other tools Coordinating with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members on project progress and restoration plans Ensuring all work complies with IICRC standards, including accurate documentation Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and other job-related assets Participating in training to stay updated on the latest industry practices #3107
