Who you are:
You love working outside and working independently You are detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures Extensive knowledge of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with CRM systems Have 3 years of clean driving history Preferred experience with exterior screens and awnings and communicating with homeowners What you’ll do: Ensures all components, materials and supplies are taken to the job site; loads materials/supplies for work orders on assigned trucks Make necessary alterations on the job site if necessary Answer incoming phone calls regarding service & collaborate with other departments (sales, admin team, customers) to help solve service issues over the phone or answer general service questions Performs repairs on job sites Responsible for maintaining all assigned tools Keep the job site neat and clean Review items for improvement on recent installations that call for service work contact Lead installers when necessary and work with the service department to mitigate chronic issues Responsible for ordering all items needed for your service visits and coordinating with SunPro Responsible for collecting on service appointments that qualify to be charged Work on a comprehensive strategy to collect on certain service items with Service Manager Utilize your technical knowledge of service to improve installations and products improvements.
