Water Restoration Technician Job Description Lead and execute mitigation efforts for water-damaged commercial properties. Assess damage and develop comprehensive mitigation plans. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, water extractors, and cleaning tools. Follow all directions from Project Managers and on-site managers. Document all work performed, including detailed reports and photographs, for insurance and client records. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients promptly. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored.
