What You’ll Do:
Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on standby power systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and fuel issues with generators (gas & diesel) Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for effective repairs Document all service and repair work through digital forms Maintain a stocked and organized service truck Work outdoors in various weather conditions Respond to emergency service calls as needed Use your own hand tools (specialty tools provided) Provide excellent customer service with clear communication
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience servicing generators or similar equipment Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- ability to troubleshoot independently Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- travel to job sites required Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to comply with safety standards and use protective equipment Clear criminal record
