We are looking for a Field Service Team Leader who will be instrumental in achieving this vision.
VibroSystM Technologies LLC uses the Google Suite and its tools for seamless collaborative work. Daily meetings are part of our routine to make sure all inquiries are handled and well distributed in the team. A laptop, Google licence and all the equipment necessary to carry out your duties is provided to you for this position.
Position Summary :
The Field Service Team Leader is the reference for all Field Service Specialists (FSS) of VibroSystM Technologies LLC. Supported by the Service Director and in collaboration with VibroSystM’s head office, this position is responsible for recruiting the FSS’s, as well as establishing and enforcing the high standard expected from our clients. You will be in charge of ensuring that the team has all the necessary tools for successful on-site services.
Including but not limited to:
technical training, toolbox & clothes standards, PPE’s, general code of conduct, etc. The role of this position is to ensure an excellent client experience with every on-site service performed by VibroSystM Technologies LLC. The Field Service Team Leader will have to travel to different sites and/or events to visit key clients and recruit talents. You will also spend time at VibroSystM’s head office in Canada to receive the necessary hands-on training for the position. On-site experience will be necessary in order to understand the reality of the FSS. The Field Service Team Leader will be working closely with the Service Director in the building and maintenance of the Field Service Specialist team.
Task & Responsibilities :
You will be working closely with the Service Director. Your role will be to implement the structure established at VibroSystM that was built based on our 40 years of experience. These existing and solid processes will be used by the Field Service Team Leader in order to accomplish his mission. Build & Maintain Field Service Specialists (FSS): Actively source and onboard new FSS members to build a strong team;
Establish and Enforce Standards:
Define and uphold high standards for client experience and service quality among the FSS team;
Provide Essential Tools and Resources:
Ensure the team has all necessary resources for successful on-site services, including: Technical training, Toolbox and clothing standards, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Adherence to general code of conduct;
Ensure Excellent Client Experience:
Oversee all on-site services to guarantee a consistently excellent client experience;
Travel and Site Visits:
Visit various client sites and events to engage with key clients; Travel to recruit new talent for the FSS team; Spend time at VibroSystM’s head office in Canada for hands-on training;
Gain On-site Experience:
Work directly on-site to understand the realities and challenges faced by FSS; Collaborate with
Service Director:
Work closely with the Service Director to build and maintain the Field Service Specialist team; Act as
FSS Reference:
Serve as the primary point of contact and go-to resource for all Field Service Specialists; Collaborate with
Head Office:
Work in conjunction with VibroSystM’s head office to align on service strategies and standards; Represent the company on various worksites; Provide training on how to use our systems according to the requests; Participate in the innovation and the improvement of the products and installation methodology; Participate in the process of complete configuration of the customers’ machine surveillance systems.
Requirements :
Strong leadership abilities; Education in instrumentation, electricity, electronics or related disciplines; Experience in an industrial environment; Sound knowledge of Windows OS (Windows Server); Valid passport and driver’s license; Good physical and general health condition; Open-minded towards other cultures and the desire to travel; Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills; Very good team spirit; English proficiency; International travel experience; Drugs tests critical assets governmentally owned where security protocol safety (drug control) are enforced. Sane habits are required.
Assets :
Professional proficiency in Spanish, both orally and in writing; Knowledge of the OPC and Modbus protocols; Expertise on hydroelectric/thermal power plants or mines.
