Role:

We are currently hiring multiple Field Service Technicians for direct hire positions with a company specialized in energy efficiency solutions. If you have experience in generator maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, and enjoy working independently in the field, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various generators
• Load-bank testing, ATS systems, and generator control troubleshooting
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostics (wiring, batteries, alternators, engines)
• Accurately document services, timesheets, and expenses daily
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
• Mentor junior technicians when needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with generators (Kohler, Cummins, CAT, etc.)
• Strong mechanical/electrical skills and multimeter proficiency
• Ability to use field service software and hand tools
• Valid and clean Florida driver’s license
• Available for travel, on-call rotations, weekends, and flexible shifts Why apply?
