Essential Qualifications:

3+ years’ field experience with industrial powder coating systems Strong electro-mechanical aptitude (PLCs, pneumatics, motors) Ability to interpret complex schematics and technical documents Willingness for 70% travel (valid driver’s license and passport required) Physical capability for industrial work environments (50+ lb lifting)

Preferred Assets:

Italian language proficiency (technical translation ability highly valued) Experience with European industrial equipment standards Familiarity with similar systems
