Job Description

As a Field Service Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You’ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You’ll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with on-site training. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience A higher-level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time Take on the role of site lead and interact directly with customers as an SNC representative Current/valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command pandemic restriction requirements for deployed locations Ability to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS operating locations Willing to deploy on a 90/90 rotation schedule An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
