This positionoffers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment whereinnovation and customer service are at the forefront. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for installing,maintaining, and troubleshooting water meters and other relatedequipment. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strongcustomer service orientation, and the ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1.Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and relatedequipment in accordance with company standards and procedures. 2.Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify andresolve issues promptly. 3. Provide exceptional customer service,addressing customer queries and concerns promptly andprofessionally. 4. Prepare accurate and timely reports detailingwork activities and equipment conditions. 5. Collaborate with theengineering team to develop, implement, and improve installationand maintenance procedures. 6. Comply with all safety regulationsand maintain a clean and safe work environment. 7. Participate inongoing training and professional development opportunities to stayupdated with industry trends and advancements. 8. Coordinate withother team members to ensure efficient and effective servicedelivery.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience asa Field Technician or in a similar role in the engineeringindustry. 2. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, andtroubleshooting water meter systems. 3. Excellent technical skills,with a strong understanding of engineering principles andpractices. 4. Outstanding customer service skills, with the abilityto communicate effectively with customers and address their needspromptly and professionally. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, withthe ability to identify and resolve issues effectively andefficiently. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently andas part of a team. 7. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. 8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to workaccurately and efficiently. 9. A valid driver’s license and theability to travel to various job sites as required. 10. Physicalstamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
