We provide nationwide Field Service and Deployment assistance, supporting private sector and government offices. Form 10 Group is looking for a dedicated 1099 Field Service Technician to join our team within the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will provide on-site support and diagnose and repair computer kiosks in government offices regionally throughout the county. We are looking for technicians to cover field service for Lake County, Seminole county, and Polk County.

Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to dispatcher’s calls. Accurately report travel and on-site times, along with ticket status’ through the ConnectWise portal. Remove printer paper from machines and replace rolls to instructed desire. Communicate with client’s technical team to escalate tickets when assistance is necessary. Keep dispatcher updated on completion of tickets. Keep weekly records of consumables and update Form 10 team if more supplies are needed. Submit accurate weekly reports to bookkeeper on the date that they are due.

Requirements:

Respond to and resolve assigned tickets within the provided SLA time Ability to lift 50 lbs. Excellent customer service skills. Reach out to support team in times where escalation or assistance is needed. Proficiency in desktop support and software troubleshooting. Reliable transportation to and from work sites. Extensive PC Hardware experience and Windows 10 knowledge. Certifications are preferred but are not required. Mandatory items include sole US citizenship and a valid U. S Driver’s License.
