What You’ll Do:

Repair, install, and service equipment like pumps, compressors, dryers, and blowers Travel to customer sites, analyze systems, and deliver top-notch service Complete startups, leak surveys, air audits, and preventive maintenance Maintain a clean service vehicle and polished professional image Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members Spot opportunities for upgrades and support the sales team with valuable insights ✅

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with blowers, pumps, and compressed air systems Comfort with tools, schematics, Microsoft Office, and safety protocols Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in hot, cold, or loud environments, and climb to elevated workspaces A sense of urgency, reliability, and great communication skills Bonus if you’ve got maintenance or safety certifications!
