Restoration Technician J&J ERS Kissimmee, FL J&J ERS is a locally owned and family operated business with over 20 years experience in restoration and mitigation projects. We have built our reputation for dependability, effective disaster response and property recovery during some of the worst American catastrophes. Our experience and knowledgeable team offers us the ability to mitigate any loss commercial or residential of any size. Whether it be water, fire, flood, mold, disaster planning, document recovery or anything beyond. J&J ERS prides itself doing the job right. Currently, we are looking for a Restoration Technician (RT) to participate in our growing operations and activities. Pay is $17-$21 per hour based on experience with plenty of opportunity for overtime! Responsibilities Job site inspection, determine scope of the work to be performed (water, fire, mold, etc.). Remove and dispose of non-salvageable items. Set up drying equipment per IICRC standards and/or moisture mapping. Complete documentation associated with the loss: contracts, pictures, sketching, daily reports. Photograph work in project management software Move drying equipment and other items from job site to warehouse as necessary or required. Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues or concerns. Keep a clean and safe working environment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Team Player Technical Knowledge Ability to use technology (iPad, iPhone, Laptop, etc.) Ability to lift heavy objects Common Sense Bilingual preferred, but not required Current drivers license Polite and have strong work ethic Possess excellent communication and customer service skills Open availability
