Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are searching for an exceptional A-Level Auto Restoration Technician & Mechanic with 10+ years of experience to lead and execute the restoration and repair of high-end classic and vintage vehicles. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and delivers meticulous work on valuable cars. This role requires flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform expert-level diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on classic, vintage, and high-value vehicles.
- Be an essential team player on our full-scale auto restoration projects, including engine swaps, wiring engine management systems and controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical overhauls, with an emphasis on precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians, sharing knowledge and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to shop standards and safety protocols.
- Document work processes and provide detailed reports on restoration progress and vehicle condition. We use “My Shop Assist” program and will provide training.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain cutting-edge expertise in auto restoration Skills Needed to succeed in this role: 1.
- Extensive Experience
- : Possess 10+ years of proven experience as an A-Level auto mechanic, with a strong focus on auto restoration and vintage car repair. 2.

- Flexible Work Schedule
- : Be willing to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and client expectations. 6.
- Proven Restoration Success
- : Have a verifiable track record of restoring classic cars to full functionality, ensuring they run and drive reliably while maintaining their historical integrity. 7.
- English language skills , example all customer project notes are captured in an Project Management tool that is in English only
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE certifications or equivalent advanced training in automotive repair and restoration.
- Expertise in specific makes/models of classic or vintage cars (e.g., American muscle, European classics, etc.).
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools, fabrication, and custom modifications.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and, occasionally, clients.
