Field Service Technician Luxury Illumination LLC West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Duties Install and configure equipment according to specifications at customer locations. Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques. Utilize an multimeter and other testing devices to assess electrical systems and components. Provide technical support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance. Document service activities, including repairs and maintenance performed, in a clear and organized manner. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools is highly desirable. Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required for travel to client locations.
