You represent our promise of fast, reliable service with a personal touch. This role combines hands-on technical skill with strong communication and a commitment to doing the job right. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Kyocera and related office equipment at customer sites Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues using schematics, tools, and testing procedures Communicate clearly with customers – setting expectations, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit Manage van inventory, track parts usage, and follow warranty and return procedures Log all service activity, parts used, and customer interactions in real time using company systems Collaborate with partners to resolve complex technical problems when needed Stay current on training and contribute to a high-performing, service-focused team Requirements Proven experience in equipment repair and field service operations. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with computer networking concepts and practices. Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals. Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and willingness to travel to various job sites around southern Florida. Your territory will cover Southern Florida, with Orlando serving as your central home base. You’ll operate primarily from your company vehicle, which functions as your mobile office, allowing you to respond directly to customer needs across the region.
