SUMMARY:

The Restoration Technician is responsible for day-to-day field operations. Working with the Project Director, they will create the ROM, project schedule, and ensure that they come in on time and within budget. The Restoration Technician efficiently coordinates site specific activities in a professional and safe manner that aligns with BlueTeam SOP’s and industry standards. They will maintain a daily log of conditions, labor, equipment, activities, communications, and notable events. The Restoration Technician communicates with the Project Director, and owner informing them of current project conditions. They verify and approve work progress and completion. The Restoration Technician ensures a daily job site safety meeting has been conducted and maintains attention to the safety and protection of property and workers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Remain on-call and deployment-ready in accordance with company dispatch protocols Keep personal “go bag” and gear prepared for rapid mobilization Travel to job sites assignments that may last several weeks Ensure company vehicle and restoration equipment are fueled, clean, and stocked Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory Oversee proper use of tools, PPE, and safety protocols on job sites Complete daily job documentation (reports, moisture readings, photos, etc.) via BlueTeam App Ensure equipment and supplies are returned, cleaned, and inventoried post-shift Submit all required reports, documentation, and labor time records in a timely manner Assist with job site demobilization and readiness for redeployment

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be flexible and available for emergency/on-call response IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold) preferred Familiarity with

ANSI/IICRC

S500 and S520 Standards Must pass a DOT Medical Exam and maintain valid DOT Medical Card Comfortable operating non-CDL commercial vehicles (up to 26′) Excellent organizational, documentation, and leadership skills High school diploma or GED required Ability to work in physically demanding environments and follow strict safety standards Strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High School completion/GED required. 1-2 years of restoration experience (Commercial or combination Commercial/Residential).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
