We’re expanding and currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to grow with our team.

Your Role Includes:

Handling restoration projects for water, mold, and fire damage, following industry standards (IICRC certification is a plus, not a must). Operating tools and equipment like HEPA vacuums, dehumidifiers, and air movers. Removing damaged building materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation. Performing moisture inspections and keeping detailed records with notes and photos.

Assisting with mold remediation:

setting up containment zones and disposing of contaminated materials. Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients about the restoration process. Keeping job sites clean, organized, and secure after each workday. Following safety procedures to protect yourself and the team. Identifying opportunities to offer additional services— earn full commission on upsells!

Who You Are:

You may have experience in restoration, but if not—we’ll train the right candidate. Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in demanding environments. Comfortable navigating crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas. You have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation. You pay attention to the details and can follow directions carefully. Open to being on-call for occasional emergency jobs (evenings/weekends). Sales-minded? That’s a bonus—we reward motivation with commission!
