Overview:
Freshwater Direct is seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated Water Treatment Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in plumbing and hands-on experience with installing whole home filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, efficient, and professional water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and service whole home filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units. Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and recommend the appropriate water treatment solutions. Ensure proper installation and calibration of water treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services for installed systems, ensuring continued customer satisfaction. Follow company policies and safety protocols on every installation to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Communicate effectively with clients to explain the functionality of their water treatment systems and offer valuable maintenance tips. Document installation details, system configurations, and any follow-up requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in plumbing, specifically with water treatment systems (whole home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis). Familiarity with installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
