Xylem is looking for a Service Center Technician to report to our Sanford, FL location and service Flygt Pumps. What your day will look like as a Service Center Technician The Service Center Technician will be responsible for the on-site troubleshooting, repair, and tracking of our Flygt Pumps and their corresponding mechanical and electrical components. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous experience working in a commercial or industrial environment is especially encouraged.
This position operates on a standard day shift Monday-Friday.

Position Requirements for Service Center Technicians
HS diploma or equivalent
1-3 years technical experience preferred; industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
Ability to diagnose electrical issues with advanced knowledge of AC electric, electric motors and circuit testing skills
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment
Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in equipment repair and maintenance
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision; self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to pass a background check, MVR, DOT physical, and drug screen
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Salary range:
$38,300.00 – $61,300.00
