policies and procedures while operating safely, professionally, and efficiently. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Safety First! – Must have a solid safety awareness propensity. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have carpentry skills and ability to use hand and power tools and measuring devices. The ability to lift 50-75 lbs., climb, lift, pull, and safely perform tasks on a ladder, scaffolding, or other raised devices. Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Be dependable, self-motivator, the ability to problem-solve, and contribute to building a positive team environment. Weekly travel with some overnights and over-time is a requirement with this position, along with flexible working hours. Education and Experience High School Diploma or HSED Previous experience in construction or a similar environment is preferred. Field service technician experience (or experience in the same or similar industry is a plus.) Knowledge of window and door installation and repair practices. #LI-NL1 About
