What You’ll Do:
Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales offices. Utilize hand tools and advanced test equipment, such as multimeters, to diagnose and resolve issues. Collaborate with engineering teams to address maintenance and operational challenges. Provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they maximize the efficiency of their machinery. Offer in-house phone troubleshooting support and assist customers with technical inquiries. Tackle unique challenges with creative, problem-solving solutions on the fly. Travel extensively across the nation, working in diverse environments and building lasting relationships with clients. Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and professional service. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated professionals who thrive with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient documentation and communication. Expert knowledge of electromechanical systems and supplied machinery. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest effective solutions. Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time (typically one-week trips, occasionally up to two weeks).
