Field Service Technician We are seeking experienced Field Technicians to join our team at a leading food & beverage packaging company. Our specialists play a vital role in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting automated machine systems in filling, labeling, blow molding, dry end, and inspection processes. Responsibilities Travel extensively (90-100% of the time) to customer sites and work on cutting-edge automated packaging machinery. Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless operation for customers. Troubleshoot, modify, and edit Allen Bradley / Siemens PLC programs. Train customers to operate and maintain their new equipment effectively. Work alongside internal teams, technicians, and sales staff to get equipment running at peak efficiency. Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve machine issues. Prepare professional reports on service visits and offer valuable recommendations.
