RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Services Technician I is managed by the Service Desk Manager and works under the direction of the Service Desk Leads. Receives technical direction and support from the Field Services Manager and Field Services Leads. Provides remote phone support in troubleshooting incidents with hardware, software, and printing in a Windows domain environment. Serves as a resource to Service Desk Analysts to help increase first call resolution of customer issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma. Two years of information technology experience supporting users with hardware, software, and printing issues. A+ Certification preferred or another Information Services related Certification.
