Ability to operate technical equipment at customer sites and offshore environments, including setting up and troubleshooting tooling applications. Understanding of calibration procedures and standards to ensure tools are functioning accurately. Familiarity with electrical components and systems (if applicable to the tools) for diagnosing and performing minor electrical repairs or adjustments. MS Office Proficiency Skill in modifying, assembling, and preparing toolkits, including painting, labeling, and organizing tools properly. Ability to track parts used, maintain inventory records, and assist in physical inventory counts. Competence in demonstrating tool use and training customers on equipment in both one-on-one and group settings.
