Job Type:

Full-Time We’re looking for a highly experienced Field Service Technician(FSR4) to join a growing power systems team supporting criticalinfrastructure across Atlanta and beyond. This role is ideal forsomeone who thrives in the field, loves solving complex electricalissues, and is comfortable leading teams and managing fieldoperations

  • especially in data center environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead field service operations including installation,troubleshooting, maintenance, and system commissioning ofelectrical equipment. Support and manage technicians on-site to ensure efficient workflowand top-notch service delivery. Service and repair electrical systems such as LV/MV switchgear,protective relays, PLC controls, transformers, and circuitbreakers. Perform advanced diagnostics and ensure systems are running at peakperformance. Interface directly with customers

  • building strong relationships,providing expert-level support, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain detailed service reports, performance feedback, andtechnical documentation.

What You Bring:

10-16+ years of hands-on experience in power systems, fieldservice, or industrial controls. Strong background with low and medium voltage systems, especiallyin data center environments. Confident managing field teams, setting priorities, and handlingonsite logistics. Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with tools likemultimeters, breaker/relay test sets, and SCADA systems. Comfortable using service management software and reportingtools. Able to read and revise electrical schematics and wiringdiagrams. Willingness to travel as needed and lead service efforts acrossmultiple sites.

Bonus Points for:

Certifications like

NFPA 70E, OSHA

30, or other relevant technicalcredentials. Experience with PLCs, CAD, EPMS, or SCADAprogramming/configuration. Background in training customers and mentoring junior techs.
