This role is essential for maintaining and servicing equipment in various settings, including truck stops and convenience stores, sports bars etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with expertise in electronics. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues Follow SOPs to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used within SalesForce. Requirements Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electronics and related technologies. Experience with SalesForce software is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
