Job Description
Gaming Field Service Technician New Seasons Placement Norcross, GA 30093 Field Service Technicians with service, support, install, uninstall (Coin Operated Amusement Machines)
Experience:
Digital Gaming machines, 1-2 years (Preferred) The ideal candidate may possess some PC knowledge. However, this position is not intended for IT or help desk professionals. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, ability to interface with customers effectively and the ability to operate remotely and from the company’s main office with minimum supervision. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Technical background with iPhone mobile device.
Education:
High school or GED equivalent This position is physical labor intensive.
- Company vehicle provided
- Must be able to lift and move up to 300lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug and mvr
- Work 40-50hrs
- Must be able to work rotational shifts and some weekends
