We provide service of all types to our customer’s equipment as well as maintain our company owned rental equipment. So we do it all from diagnosis and troubleshooting, repairs of all equipment systems (electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, etc.) We are also a Cummins, Deutz, Isuzu, Kubota, ASV, Yanmar, Kobelco, and Bomag Dealers for our area. Our technicians get a wide variety of experiences with many manufactures over the years. So there is much opportunity for training and growth to better your craft. The position I am looking to fill is that of a Field Service Technician. The benefits include competitive salary comparable with experience and a strong work ethic. A take home service truck equipped with a hydraulic crane, air compressor, welding machine/generator, and bottle rack. We provide a 25% tool buyback program to assist equipping our technicians with the tools they need to their job effectively and efficiently. Currently we are on a 3 man 1-week rotation for 24 hr. call with hopes to go to 4 man as we meet our staffing needs.

We all have much to learn and areas in which we can improve in so the ideal candidate is not one that knows everything about the equipment we work on but one that is willing to and wants to learn. We do have a need for someone with a more technical background. Experience plugging into engines and navigating around different programs used to diagnose and troubleshoot fault codes is a definite plus. Ability to read schematics (hydraulic and electrical) is a huge plus. Willingness to work after hours if needed but we try to keep the work load managed to normal business hours (7:30-4:30).
