What You’ll Do As a Coffee & Water Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Five Star in the field—installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee and water equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee brewers, water coolers, and filtration systems Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Build strong customer relationships with friendly, professional service Complete service logs and documentation accurately What We’re Looking For Previous experience in equipment repair, preferably in coffee/water systems (BUNN, Follett, etc.) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Great communication and customer service skills Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities Company vehicle and tools provided Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities
