We are looking for a FieldService Specialist to serve as a technical expert in the startup,commissioning, and troubleshooting of Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR), Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR), and Combustionequipment. This role ensures quality control, overseesinstallations, and provides on-site support to customers acrossNorth America. This position requires 50-60% travel. Job Details What You’ll Do:
At Customer Sites (NorthAmerica) Inspect existing equipment for mechanical, electrical, andstructural integrity to assess performance. Provide technicalsupport to installation teams, ensuring compliance with projectdrawings and specifications. Lead equipment startups andcommissioning, ensuring power, control systems, and processconnections are fully operational. Work with plant personnel tooptimize system performance and meet emission reduction targets.
Troubleshoot SCR, SNCR, and Combustion systems, ensuring theyfunction properly. Review customer reports and performance data todiagnose and resolve technical issues. Train plant personnel onequipment operations and safety procedures. At the Factory(Southern & Northeast USA): Act as the quality control expert,ensuring products meet specifications before shipment. ConductFactory Acceptance Tests (FATs), sometimes alongside customers.
Identify and track quality issues before product delivery. At the
Office:
Provide feedback to engineering teams for continuousimprovement. Complete field service reports and closeoutdocumentation. Assist with shipping, receiving, and facilitymanagement.
General Responsibilities:
Adhere to safety regulations(OSHA and API). Maintain detailed service records. Work closelywith engineering, sales, and project teams. Travel frequentlyacross North America and occasionally worldwide.
RequiredQualifications:
? Ability to read and interpret component technicaldocumentation (ISA datasheets). ? Experience troubleshootingprocess instrumentation, including testing functionality anddiagnosing issues with pressure transmitters, flow control valves,etc. ? Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment andaccessories, such as fans, dampers, and flow meters. ? Ability toread wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment and testresistance/continuity for low and high voltage systems (up to480V). ? 3 years’ experience working as a Field ServicesSpecialist, Technician, or in a Site Commissioning role. ? Validin-state driver’s license with a driving record that meetsacceptable company standards. ? U.S. Passport and ability to obtaina TWIC. ? Proven ability to communicate and train plant associateson equipment operations, safety features, and troubleshootingprocedures. Must also demonstrate strong communication skills withcustomers and co-workers. ? Knowledge of OSHA and API safetyregulations, with the ability to complete site-specific customersafety training. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office for effectivecommunication with project teams. ? Significant travel throughoutNorth America is required, with flexibility to work weekends asneeded.

? Associate or Bachelor’s Degreein a related field ? Experience with SCR, SNCR, Combustion, andControl Systems ?
