Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Field Service Engineer to join our West coast fieldservice team. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible forensuring the successful execution of all field service activities,including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance inthe San Francisco bay area. The ideal candidate will possessexcellent technical and communication skills, and be committed toproviding exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test systems at customer locationsaccording to specifications and procedures Perform scheduledpreventive maintenance on existing equipment and systems Diagnoseand troubleshoot equipment and system issues on-site Repair orreplace faulty components and parts as needed Quoting customers forservice visits Managing preventative maintenance agreements in theregion Provide training and guidance to customers on the properoperation and maintenance of equipment Maintain accurate servicerecords and documentation Respond promptly to service calls andcustomer requests Follow all safety protocols and procedures whenworking on-site Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevanttechnical field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.

Proven experience in a field service environment. Prior experiencein the lab water industry is a plus Strong technical knowledge andunderstanding of field service operations, including installations,repairs, and maintenance. Experience with Google Workspace is aplus Excellent organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact withteam members, clients, and vendors. Strong customer serviceorientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer software andsystems related to field service operations. Valid driver’s licenseand willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
