Full Job Description Job Summary:

Drycrete is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to waterproofing and foundation systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring high-quality service on job sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction and carpentry experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer care. As a key representative of Drycrete in the field, you will play a critical role in maintaining client trust and supporting the long-term success of our solutions.

What you will do:

Diagnose errors or technical problems and properly document Adhere to our standard operating procedures to determine proper solutions including warranty, additional design required, paid service visit, etc. Review job plans and Company Cam prior to service calls to gain knowledge of project specifics for effective development of workflow to schedule Manage all job site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks Conduct thorough Annual Maintenance Plan visits Perform basic carpentry tasks as needed, such as light framing, structural bracing, or minor wood repairs Return customer service calls in a friendly and timely manner Build positive relationships with customers Other duties as assigned Successful candidates will have: A minimum of 2 years of construction experience, preferably waterproofing or foundation repair Basic carpentry experience, including the ability to perform light framing and simple structural repairs Excellent customer service skills Sales knowledge and ability Technical ability to troubleshoot and complete service calls
